Your laundry isn't dirty. The fur is going round again.

IEY® gets pet hair out in the wash, so clean clothes come out ready to wear.

Clean laundry stays furry because the fur never leaves the drum

Wash a dog blanket or a cat-hair hoodie and the fur does come off. But it has nowhere to go. It floats in the water, then settles back onto your clothes, the door seal and the next load.

Fur comes off in the wash
It floats around in the water
It settles back on your clothes and the seal
The next load picks it up

We call it the Re-Settle Loop. It's why towels washed after the dog's bed come out hairier than they went in.

The Lift & Catch system

The tablet lifts the fur. The balls catch it. One system, in your normal wash.

Same furry sock in two jars: water only vs one tablet; with the tablet the fur lets go into the water

Same furry sock, two jars. Water alone leaves the fur on. With one tablet, the fur lets go into the water. That's the lift. The tablet contains CMC, an ingredient used in detergents to help keep loose soil from settling back on fabric.

Macro: one fuzzy sky-blue ball with pet hair caught in its soft bristles

Each reusable ball's soft bristles grab loose fur and hold on as it tumbles with your clothes, before the fur can settle back. They don't need to float, so they work in front-loaders.

After the wash: a ball holding pet hair, next to a clean navy blanket

After the wash, the fur is on the balls, not your clothes. Pull it off the bristles and reuse the balls next time. Less fur, not zero: heavy coats may still need a quick roll.

Made for front-loaders and a normal wash

Most pet-hair hacks were built for top-loaders or a boiling wash. IEY® balls tumble, so they don't need to float, and you keep your usual 86–104°F (30–40°C) cycle.

In our own test (one wash, front-loader, 86–104°F) the load came out with clearly less loose hair than detergent alone, and the balls caught some of the fur. No problems with our washer.

Woman with her husky holding a laundry ball with fur caught in it
★★★★★Look at that ball after one wash

Our husky sheds all year. After the first wash the balls had a grey layer of fur on them, and the towels felt clean. Not perfect, but way better.

Jenna M. · Denver, CO ·
Man holding a clean black t-shirt, golden retriever on the bed behind
★★★★★Black tees I can actually wear

I used to roll every shirt before work. Now I take it out of the wash and put it on. Still the odd hair, but I stopped carrying a roller.

Mark T. · Columbus, OH ·
Nurse in navy scrubs next to a front-loader with a tabby cat on top
★★★★★Scrubs come out ready for shift

Navy scrubs and a tabby cat do not mix. One tablet, the balls, my normal 40°C wash. I don't show up to work looking furry anymore.

Danielle R. · Atlanta, GA ·
Hand holding three blue laundry balls with dog fur in front of a washer
★★★★★Works in my front-loader

The floating catchers did nothing in my front-loader. These tumble with the clothes, and you can see what they pulled out. Gross, in a good way.

Chris P. · Austin, TX ·
Woman folding clean grey towels, two cats lying on them
★★★★★Towels feel like towels again

Two cats sleep on everything. The towels used to come out with hair in the loops. Now they come out soft and clean, and I just pull the fur off the balls.

Linda K. · Portland, OR ·
Man holding a clean dark fleece dog blanket with his Jack Russell
★★★★★Dog blanket, then my clothes

I wash his blanket first and used to find his hair on my next load. That's mostly stopped. Easy to use, no smell.

Luis G. · Phoenix, AZ ·

Questions, answered

Does it really work in a front-loader?

Yes. The balls tumble with your clothes, so they don't need to float. We tested it in a front-loader at 86–104°F.

Will it get every hair off?

No. You'll see less fur, not zero. Heavy coats may still need a quick roll.

Does it dissolve hair?

No, and we'd be wary of anything that says it does. It loosens and catches.

Is it safe for my washer?

It's a laundry tablet with no bleach. In our front-loader test we had no problems.

Where does the hair go?

Loose fur is caught by the balls and fine fur rinses away with the water. Pull the fur off the balls after each wash.

Can I keep my normal detergent?

Yes. Add one tablet next to it.

Is it safe for darks and fleece?

There's no bleach in the formula. As with any new laundry product, wash new darks inside out the first time.

How long does a kit last?

One tablet per wash: 15, 40 or 60 washes. The balls are reusable.

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship from the US and usually arrive in 5–9 business days. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

What if it doesn't work for me?
